I’m the Director and Founder of NJ Placements, a recruitment business I proudly started in 2016. With a genuine passion for helping people, I’ve dedicated my career to connecting individuals with life-changing opportunities and supporting businesses in building exceptional teams. Every placement is more than just a job filled—it’s a step toward a better future for someone, and that’s what drives me every day. I started my recruitment journey in 2011 and then took the big leap and opened NJ Placements. Focusing on many different industries including IT, Finance, Engineering, Medical, Insurance, Office automation and many others!

With a background in Journalism, Industrial Psychology, and Marketing, I bring a people-focused approach to recruitment. I’m passionate about understanding what drives individuals and supporting them in finding the right opportunities. At NJ Placements, I’ve found the perfect blend of my interests and strengths.
